









Cross-functional team lead for the design of a supersized Kiehl's global flagship concept. Developed one-of-a-kind immersive consumer experiences of various key brand signatures and elevated merchandising throughout a restored factory space. Highlights include a welcoming 'Concierge' concept for all visitors, a 'Grand Central Sampling Bar' focused on skincare consultations inspired by 'wine flights' and a hidden 'speakeasy' lounge area for popup activations and eventing. Locations were planned for NYC and Shanghai.
